• These terms and conditions define the rules for using the songprise.app service. By using the service, you accept the following terms.

§2 Placing Orders

• The service involves creating a personalized musical composition.
• The processing time starts from the moment the payment is received.
• Once the payment is completed, we begin the song creation process.

§3 Order Fulfillment

• The processing time depends on the selected package, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• The audio file is delivered in MP3 format.
• The client is not allowed to edit, resell, or redistribute the song.

§4 Complaints & Refunds

• Complaints are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not possible.

§5 Privacy & Personal Data

• Personal data is used only for order fulfillment.
• We do not share data with third parties.
• Clients have the right to access and request the deletion of their personal data.

• The terms and conditions may be updated, with changes taking effect upon publication on the website.
• For matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law applies.
